Peer Review Process

Submission of Manuscripts

The author submits the manuscript to the Journal through an online manuscript management system. This manuscript must comply with the format guidelines and journal guidelines.

Initial inspection by the Editor

Journal editors conduct initial checks to ensure that manuscripts conform to the scope of the Journal and adhere to basic guidelines, such as format and writing style.

Selection of Reviewers

If the manuscript passes the initial examination, the editor will choose a reviewer who is an expert in the related field. Reviewers are usually academics or researchers who have relevant expertise and experience.

Invitation to Review

The Editor sends invitations to selected reviewers. Reviewers may accept or decline the invitation based on their availability of time and expertise.

Manuscript Review

If the reviewer accepts the invitation, they will read and assess the manuscript in detail. The Reviewer will evaluate various aspects, including:

  • Originality and research contribution.
  • Strengths and weaknesses of the methodology.
  • Quality of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Clarity and conciseness of writing.
  • Conclusions drawn from the data.

Reviewer Report

Upon completion of the assessment, the reviewer writes a report that includes comments and recommendations. Recommendations can be:

  • The manuscript is without any changes.
  • Accept manuscripts with minor revisions.
  • Received a manuscript with a major revision.
  • Reject the manuscript.

Editor's Decision

The Editor considers the reports and recommendations of the reviewers to make the final decision. The Editor may decide to:

  • Receive manuscripts directly.
  • Ask the author to revise and resubmit.
  • Reject the manuscript.

Communication with the Author

The Editor sends the decision to the author along with the reviewer's report. If revision is required, the author is given time to improve the manuscript by the suggestions and comments of reviewers.

Revision and Resubmission

The author revised and resubmitted the corrected manuscript. This process can be repeated several times until the manuscript meets the required standards.

Reception and Publication

If the manuscript is accepted, the article will be processed for publication. This includes the final editing, layout, and proofreading stages before the article is officially published in the journal.
